Kasmai Law was founded by Kristen Kasmai, a Miami-based attorney with a strong background in franchise law, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. Kristen graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City after completing her undergraduate education at the University of Miami. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.

As the founding partner of Kasmai Law, she represents corporate clients across the country in the development and structuring of franchise systems, with a particular emphasis on the preparation of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and compliance with the FTC's Franchise Rule and state-specific regulations.

Before launching her legal career, Kristen served as the Director of Operations for a multi-unit ghost kitchen company, building it from the ground up and contributing to its expansion to over 60 locations.
